what are some good stores for a teenager with cute and not too expensive dresses?

I love all different kinds of dresses, especiall those that can be dressed up and down... i definitely dont want something that is like 200 dollars...

5. Forever 21, hands down, is the best place to find cute, very affordable dresses in the nearest mall.
6. wellll...i'm a teenager.. haha and i dont have the money to shop @ abercrombie and fitch & banana republic. I had your same problem, and I found really cute dresses @ oldnavy. I dont know where youre from, but if you have a Ruged Warehouse or a Burlington Coat factory around where you live, I've found some really great stuff there.(i like those kinds of dresses too. ones that you can get a lot of wear out of.)
