- Wet Seal is suprisingly nice. Some of the stuff is cheaply made, but search and you will find a couple nice tops. Personaly, I like Loehmanns. Not to expensive and the clothes are amazingly made. Just search around, never know where you'll find something. Go in every store!

Lol I really hope you give me best answer lol)
- I'm gonna say Macy's. You can find anything in there from a size 00 to a 15. All the clothes there are quite stylish and ALWAYS current with the seasons, and not as expensive as say, Nordstrom or Bloomingdales. They're a step up from JC Penny, I'd say. I would suggest Charlotte Russe, but for a teenager your age, they're a bit too...eclectic for junior highers, in my opinion. Macy's is a best bet for a teenager's wallet for school or outerwear gear. For job attire, that's another story...lol... P.S. You might also want to try Papaya. They have some cute stuff, they really do.
- hollister a&e aero! lacoste
